About Bank de León:
Bank de León is a premium Caribbean-inspired bar, restaurant and cultural venue in the heart of Wolverhampton. We bring together exceptional hospitality, Caribbean-inspired cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits, live music and exciting events to create memorable experiences for our guests.
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused bar staff who take pride in delivering excellent service and contributing to a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and other beverages to our service standards.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked bar area.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking and inventory checks.
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures and responsible alcohol service requirements.
- Check identification where required and comply with licensing laws.
- Support live music nights, private parties and special events.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Help create a premium guest experience that reflects the Bank de León brand.
